About Our Role
We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. As part of our staff, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students from under-served settings.

Our campus is a smoke-free and weapon-free environment. You will be required to abide by these policies and live on-campus in a student home with your spouse and possibly up to three dependent children.
**What We Offer**

**Qualifications:**
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years.
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older.
