What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guidance and Support Team Members position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking talented individuals to become part of our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily devotions and foster a nurturing atmosphere
- Drive and transport students as needed
- Administer medication and handle daily needs
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement strategies for student success
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable leading students in daily activities. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license and ability to drive student home vans are also required.
