What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guidance Coordinators for Youth position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Guidance Coordinators for Youth. In this role, you and your spouse will live in an on-campus student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
As Guidance Coordinators for Youth, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic, emotional, and social development of our students. You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure that students receive the support they need to succeed.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older.
