About the Role
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a safe and loving environment for your students. You will work closely with other houseparents to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation. Your duties will include driving students to appointments, administering medication, managing household expenses, and reporting student progress.
The Ideal Candidate
* Couples who have been married for at least two years
* Both spouses must be at least 27 years old
* Previous experience working or volunteering with youth, especially those from under-served backgrounds
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
* Valid driver's license and certification to drive student home vans
* Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
