Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must meet the following requirements and qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings
- Couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with restrictions on pets
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions
