Job Description
As a Flex Houseparent, you and your spouse will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handling daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
During your nine days on, you will have a period of personal time while students are at school.
