What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guiding Couples for Youth Support position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking educational caregivers who can provide a stable and loving environment for our students. As house parents, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a group of 8-12 students in their academic, social, and emotional development. This includes leading daily activities, providing one-on-one support, and collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure students receive the best possible care.
