At Milton Hershey School, we're looking for caring couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. As part of our team, you and your spouse will provide a loving home environment for students in a houseparent role. You'll support around 8-12 students, managing daily responsibilities while living on campus, and have the opportunity to work closely with a small group of students and help them achieve their academic and personal goals.
