Supportive Home Environment
Couples in this role will live on campus and provide a supportive family environment for students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, be legally married, and have a valid driver's license.
Key Responsibilities
- Reside in a student home with approximately 8-12 students
- Guide and nurture students in a family-like setting
- Manage household responsibilities and lead daily devotions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive student vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth preferred
Compensation and Benefits
- Total compensation package of $150,000 per couple
