As a flex houseparent, you will work collaboratively with your spouse to ensure the well-being and success of your students. You will be responsible for managing the daily needs of your students, including transportation, meals, and homework support.
The position requires a strong commitment to your work and the ability to build positive relationships with your students. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
