What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guiding Lights for Underprivileged Youth position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Youth Support Specialists. As part of our care team, you will work closely with other team members to ensure the well-being of our students. This includes guiding students in their daily activities, managing budgets, and reporting on student progress.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
