This is a unique leadership opportunity for married couples to become residential caregivers at Milton Hershey School. As part of our team, you will provide a family-like environment for 8-12 students, guiding them in their personal growth and development. Your responsibilities will include administering medication, driving, budgeting, and reporting. You will also be required to lead daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services. High school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
