As a Flex Houseparent, married couples live on-campus and provide a nurturing home environment for 8-12 students. Their responsibilities include guiding daily activities, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and leading students in daily devotions.
Flex Houseparents also transport students, ensuring their safety and well-being. They must be comfortable with Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and adhere to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
