Key Responsibilities
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students, managing household tasks and responsibilities, and working closely with your spouse to create a consistent and loving environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, a valid driver's license, and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
