The Residential Youth Caregiver position at Milton Hershey School offers a unique opportunity for married couples to make a difference in the lives of young people. As part of our comprehensive salary package, couples will receive a salary of $43,825 per person, plus benefits such as free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
Couples will be responsible for guiding and assisting students with daily activities, administering medication, and participating in daily devotions. They will also be expected to maintain a smoke-free and weapon-free environment, as well as adhere to a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays will include a period of personal time while students are at school, and a three-week paid summer vacation is also included.
