Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing a supportive environment for disadvantaged students. As a flex houseparent, you will guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students, creating a family-like structure that fosters growth and development.
Key responsibilities include managing daily responsibilities, participating in student activities, and handling tasks such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being of our students and cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and only fish and approved breeds of dogs are permitted as pets. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
