At Milton Hershey School, we believe that every child deserves a chance to succeed. As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students. By providing a nurturing family-like environment, you will help students develop important life skills and build a strong foundation for their future.
Responsibilities of a flex houseparent include managing daily life in the student home, leading students in daily devotions, and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the development of students' educational plans and support their academic growth.
The salary for this role is $43,825 per person, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
