About This Opportunity
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a nurturing and structured environment for students in our on-campus homes. As a flex houseparent, you will guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling daily responsibilities and participating in family-like activities.

Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
