Job Summary
Milton Hershey School is seeking Home Life Coaches to join our team. As a Home Life Coach, you will work alongside your spouse to create a nurturing environment that promotes the growth and development of our students.
You will be responsible for guiding students, administering medication, and managing household operations. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance and paid training.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
