What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Life Mentors position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking Couples Youth Caregivers to join our team at Milton Hershey School. As a key member of our residential program, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, guiding and nurturing them in their daily lives.
Candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited). They should also be willing to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
As a Couple Youth Caregiver, you will work closely with other houseparents to create a safe and supportive environment for students. You will be responsible for daily tasks such as administration, transportation, and budgeting. When initially hired, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Salary and Benefits
- Total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple
