Responsibilities:
- Oversee a group of 8-12 students, creating a family-like environment and guiding their daily activities and needs
- Manage daily routines, including driving, administering medication, and reporting
- Foster personal and educational development through mentorship and support
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support for students

Requirements:
