Flex houseparents live on-campus and provide guidance and support for a group of 8-12 students. They create a nurturing family-like environment, overseeing daily activities and responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. This unique role offers a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including personal time while students are at school, and a three-week paid summer vacation.
