Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our residential family as Houseparents. In this critical role, you will provide guidance, support, and care to 8-12 students, helping them develop essential life skills and achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities:
- Create a nurturing family environment for students
- Develop and implement daily routines and activities
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure students' academic success
- Foster a sense of community among students and families
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

- Paid relocation assistance and training provided
- Flexible scheduling with nine days on followed by three days off

Requirements:
- Experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings
- Married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
