Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Homemaker Couples. In this unique role, you will provide a family-like environment for 8-12 students, guiding and nurturing them through daily life.
As a Homemaker Couple, you and your spouse will be responsible for managing household responsibilities, driving students, and administering medication. You will also serve as positive role models, providing guidance and support to students.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings, and paid vacation time.
Job Duties:
- Provide a family-like environment for 8-12 students
- Manage household responsibilities, including cleaning, cooking, and laundry
- Drive students to appointments and activities
