Job Description
Couples in this role will work together to provide a nurturing home environment for students in grades pre-K through 12. They will be responsible for managing daily responsibilities, guiding up to 12 students, and ensuring the well-being and safety of all students. This role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to supporting the educational journey of students.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must have been legally married for at least two years. Couples must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
