We are seeking married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents. As a Flex Houseparent, you will live on campus with your spouse and provide a nurturing environment for 8-12 students. Responsibilities
- Manage a household of up to 12 students, providing guidance and support in educational and personal development.
- Livestock and maintain order within the student home.
- Transport students to and from appointments and activities.
- Administer medication and handle other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older.
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
- High school diploma or GED required.
