Job Description:
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as houseparents. Houseparents play a vital role in providing support and guidance to our students, helping them to succeed academically and personally.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a family-like environment for 8-12 students
- Support the academic and personal growth of students
- Maintain a safe and healthy living environment
- Lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Drive student home vans and perform other responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
