About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and caring couple to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a key member of our residential team, you will provide a supportive and nurturing environment for our students, helping them to thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You will be required to work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Key requirements include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
