We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a family-like structure for students, guiding and nurturing them in on-campus homes.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities such as administration, transportation, and budgeting
- Ensure a nurturing environment for students
- Couple with valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
