Milton Hershey School offers a unique career opportunity for married couples to become Couples Residential Care Providers. This role involves residing on-campus with students from disadvantaged backgrounds and providing a family-like structure for them.

Couples will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.
