House Parents
Live on-campus with 8-12 students at Milton Hershey School, a private institution providing an exceptional education to disadvantaged youth.
About the Role
- Guide student development and provide a nurturing family environment
- Reside in a student home with your spouse, covering various homes before assignment to one specific home
- Manage responsibilities such as driving, medication administration, budgeting, and reporting
Couple Requirements
- Legally married for at least two years
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
