House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required at Milton Hershey School
At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking married couples to become House Parents. These individuals will provide guidance and support for a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment.
About the Role
As House Parents, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for our students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other essential tasks.

Requirements
To be successful as a House Parent, you will need:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A high school diploma or GED
- The ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students

Couple Requirements
This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Please note that both spouses must complete an individual employment application and that candidates must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited).
