Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private school that provides an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a House Parents couple, you will reside on-campus and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a family-like environment and support.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings. This role requires a two-person team who are legally married for at least two years, both aged 27 or older, and with no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approx. $150,000 per couple. As a House Parents couple, your schedule will consist of nine days on followed by three days off. You will work closely with students, leading daily devotions, and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited). High school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
