House Parents
Couples in this role support and guide students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a family-like residential setting.
The ideal candidate has experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and is comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee student homes and provide care, mentoring, and manage household tasks
- Ensure a nurturing environment and consistent family-like structure for students
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.

- Salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
