Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to become Flex Houseparents. This unique role involves guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students in on-campus homes.
Couples will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. They will be part of a supportive team that prioritizes student well-being and success.
The ideal candidates will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

Qualifications
• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Couples who have been legally married for at least two years
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
