As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for managing daily routines, providing guidance and support, and encouraging academic and personal growth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. You will also be expected to collaborate with other staff members and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
Requirements and Qualifications
Couples must have been legally married for at least two years, and both spouses must meet certain age and dependency requirements. A valid driver's license is necessary, as well as comfort leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services. Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, is highly desirable.
