About the Role
As a House Parent, you will reside on-campus and provide a family-like structure for a group of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will work closely with your spouse to create a supportive atmosphere and ensure the well-being of our students.
Qualifications
* Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
* Ability to lead daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services
* Both spouses must be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
* Demonstrate a high degree of integrity
