As a Houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young people. You will be part of a close-knit community that is dedicated to helping students succeed. Your role will involve guiding and supporting students, leading them in daily devotions, and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You will also manage household tasks and ensure the well-being of students.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You will also need to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy and have a valid driver's license.
