We are seeking a married couple to join our team as Residential Life Coordinators. As a Residential Life Coordinator, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like environment.
About the Role:
As a Residential Life Coordinator, you will work closely with your spouse to provide support to students with various responsibilities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also be responsible for leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like environment
- Assist with driving, medication administration, and budgeting
- Lead daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
