We are seeking a Houseparent and Youth Advocate to join our team at Milton Hershey School. In this role, you and your spouse will serve as flex houseparents within an on-campus student home. You will provide guidance, support, and a nurturing environment for 8-12 students, handling various responsibilities such as transportation and medication administration.
As a Houseparent and Youth Advocate, you will work in a team-oriented environment, providing a consistent family-like structure for students. You must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. You and your spouse must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
