We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents and join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students.
As a flex houseparent, you will live on-campus with your spouse and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a supportive environment that fosters academic success and personal growth.
The successful candidate couple will have relevant experience working with youth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
