Milton Hershey School seeks a dedicated couple to join our team as flex houseparents. As a Youth Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our students while advancing your careers in a supportive and dynamic environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a consistent and nurturing environment for approximately 8-12 students, supporting their personal and spiritual development. You will also lead daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services, fostering a positive and growth-oriented atmosphere.
