Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become houseparents, providing nurturing support to students in a family-style environment. As a houseparent couple, you will ensure the well-being of students and guide them in daily activities.
You and your spouse will serve as role models, managing household responsibilities and fostering educational growth for disadvantaged youth. Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. The salary for this position is $43,825 per person, resulting in a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple.
