Milton Hershey School is seeking a dedicated couple to join our team as Houseparents. In this unique role, you will provide a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, guiding them in their daily lives while living on campus.
Couples work together to support 8-12 students, handling various responsibilities and maintaining a family-like atmosphere. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to impact the lives of young individuals.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance and support to students in a family-like environment
- Handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment for students
- Supporting students' academic and personal growth
