Family Guidance Professional Opportunity

Milton Hershey School is seeking a skilled and compassionate couple to serve as flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent couple, you will work closely with students, providing guidance, support, and care in a family-like environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance, support, and care to students
• Handle responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting
• Lead students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services

Requirements

• Couples must be married for at least two years
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older
• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
