Your Role
As a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you and your partner will work together as a team to provide a safe and supportive environment for a group of students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and creating a family-like structure, and work closely with the students' teachers and other support staff to ensure their academic and personal success.
