Houseparent Couple
Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become Houseparents. As a Houseparent Couple, you will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
You and your spouse will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Our benefits package includes comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Our schedule consists of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
