Milton Hershey School is a renowned institution that provides a world-class education to disadvantaged students. We are seeking married couples to serve as houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for our students and serving as role models and caregivers in on-campus homes.

Job Description

As a houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for guiding a group of 8-12 students, handling various responsibilities such as transportation, administration, and budgeting. This unique position requires flexibility, patience, and a willingness to work as a team with your spouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide a nurturing environment for students
• Guide students in daily devotions and activities
• Assist with transportation, administration, and budgeting

Qualifications

We are looking for married couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and we limit the number of dependent children who can reside in the student home.

Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and pass a background check.
