Responsibilities:
- Reside in on-campus student homes and guide students in daily activities
- Manage student behaviors and maintain a safe living environment
- Participate in daily devotions and lead students in spiritual growth
Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
