Job Overview
We are seeking married couples to join our team as houseparents, responsible for creating a nurturing family-like environment for students in a residential setting. As houseparents, you will be part of a dynamic duo providing guidance, support, and care to a group of 8-12 students.
The ideal candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, aged 27 or older, and comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services. Additionally, they must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, possess a valid driver's license, and become certified to drive student home vans.
A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete individual employment applications. We value candidates who demonstrate integrity, flexibility, and a commitment to Judeo-Christian values.
Responsibilities
